#1 be respectful
41shots is an inviting, inclusive and friendly community. We do not tolerate racism, sexism, bigotry, homophobia, transphobia or any other form of discrimination. This will be dealt with swiftly, usually with a ban. Zero tolerance, No excuses. This includes the in-game chat, player names, vehicle decals and Discord. No ramming, griefing, winching or harassing others. Do not abandon your (or rented) vehicles on the road, at cargo drop-offs, freight yards or bus terminals blocking other players or NPC traffic. High-tier resources like steel coils take a lot of effort to produce. Please, play fair: contribute to their creation, or ask if it's okay to take them first.
#2 drive carefully
Especially when the player count is high and the server-fps low all players are obliged to drive carefully! If you feel the need for speed, be mindful of others and avoid hitting people. If you can't avoid hitting people, you’re going too fast. Repeated offenses will be dealt with by the Admin team. If you want to test your new vehicle, controller, steering wheel, setup, etc. you do this on one of the race tracks, not on public roads or in the city. Police is whitelisted. #3 company & corporations
A healthy town bonus benefits all players!A company is saved with your character and works on any server, while a corporation exists only here on this server. A company earns money for you; a corporation keeps its funds, and players can only use them for repairs, refueling, or contract fees. If you use company NPCs, check their status regularly. Repair them when needed and use “tow to road” if they are stuck or flipped to keep traffic flowing. Each Company NPC truck may use one player-owned trailer and, if needed, one player-owned linky. Rented trailers or Linkys are not allowed, as they do not despawn on logout and can block roads. More than one trailer is not permitted to reduce server load. These rules do not apply to corporations. Corporations may not use NPC drivers; their trucks must be operated exclusively by players.
#4 no mods, cheats, exploits
41s runs as a dedicated beta server for Motor Town without any mods. We expect you to use game mechanics and vehicles in their intended configuration and purpose. So called "Winch Trains" (e.g. multiple semi-trucks + trailer winched together) are not welcome here. They put a lot of strain on the server performance and semi-afk truckers are prone to loosing their attached vehicles, which will then block roads for other players. The excessive loading of resources for yourself (past the intended vehicle's cargo capacity) is selfish and disrespectful towards your fellow players (this includes meat box stacking). If you find a bug, you do not exploit it, but report it to one of our server admins or directly to to the official MT discord.

Our main goal is to protect and serve. We keep the streets clean, traffic flowing, and are an important part of the 41shots community. As a future officer, you therefore bear a great deal of responsibility, so always keep that in mind.

The printing of the newspaper is only possible if all journalists meet their deadlines, the necessary quantities of printing ink are delivered on time, and the power plant supplies enough electricity.
