Call for help

How it works

Call for help. Send a request with the form, or type a chat command in game. Your position is taken from the game, so call from where you are stranded.
Your call goes out. It shows up in the list here, on the live map, and in the in-game chat with a join code like #17.
Helpers respond. They press Help on your call or type its !join code in game, then drive out to you.
Wrap it up. Once you are rescued, press Mark done and confirm who helped. You can rate each other for 7 days; helpers earn reputation from your rating. The next call can go out 5 minutes after this one ends, whatever the service. A call nobody answered starts no break.

Want to help instead? Keep an eye on the list, press Help on a call you can handle, or type its !join code in game. The CB radio (antenna icon in the top bar) shows new calls on every page -- its volume button turns on a sound for incoming calls.

In-game chat commands

!towTow truck

Every extra word is optional, in any order: a reason (stuck or flipped), how many helpers you need (1-6), and load details for the tow crew: cargo weight (light, medium, heavy), offroad (or 4x4) and trailers (2 trailers or 2t). Add police when the road or lane is blocked: the 41PD gets a police call for the scene as well.

!fuelFuel delivery

Say which fuel to bring -- gas or diesel is required. A number adds how many helpers you need (1-6).

!fireFire response

Optional reason: road (a fire blocking the road, the default) or wildfire, plus how many helpers you need (1-6).

!waterWater refill

Water for firetruck tanks. A number adds how many helpers you need (1-6).

!pdPolice call

Opens a call for 41PD officers: scene (scene security), escort or roadblock, plus how many officers you need (1-6). A bare !pd explains how to join 41PD instead.

!join17Manage a call by its join code

Every call carries a join code like #17 (shown on the card here and in the chat announcement). In game, !join17 joins that call as a helper. The requester can type !more17 (+60 minutes), !done17 (finish and credit the helpers) or !cancel17 (withdraw the call).

!taxi / !escortNeed a destination

Taxi rides and escort jobs need a destination on the map, so they start here: pick the type in the form and click your destination. The chat command answers with a link to this page.
