    Be Respectful (Community First)

    • No discrimination: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, bigotry of any kind, Nazi symbolism or "Z" propaganda results in an immediate and non-negotiable permanent ban. This applies to chat, player and company names, decals and Discord.
    • No ramming, griefing, winching without permission or harassing others.
    • No insulting or arguing in chat. Report issues as "admin, [player] is [offense] at [location]" or open a ticket. That way every admin sees it, including the ones who are offline.
    • High-tier resources like steel coils take real effort to produce. Contribute to their production, or ask before you take them.

    Drive Carefully (Protect the Server)

    • When the player count is high and server FPS are low, drive extra carefully and keep a bigger distance to other vehicles than you normally would. Ease off the throttle around other players: desync happens. "I didn't hit him on my screen" is not an excuse.
    • Police is whitelisted and may pursue you outside the city as well. No fleeing on foot, and a PD warning can count as an official warning. More info: Discord: #41pd-applications
    • Test new vehicles, wheels or setups on the race track, not on public roads or in the city.
    • Don't park vehicles where they block other players or NPC traffic: roads, cargo drop-offs, freight yards and bus terminals.

    Vehicles & Transport

    • Keep your entire load within the trailer or loading area of your vehicle, and strap all of it down: cargo and vehicles alike. An unsecured load ends up on the road, and clearing it is someone else's evening.
    • When transporting vehicles, all wheels must sit within the trailer boundary.
    • Planning something bigger or unusual? Talk to an admin first.
    • Any vehicle with wheels on the ground must have working brakes unless it is a tow request. A loaded trailer has none while it is being towed, so haul it instead.
    • No "Winch Trains". Multiple trucks and trailers winched together strain the server, and semi-afk drivers tend to lose what is attached to them, which then blocks the road for everyone else.
    • Each company NPC truck may use one player-owned trailer and, if needed, one player-owned linky. Rented trailers and linkys are not allowed: they do not despawn on logout and end up blocking roads. Recover a stuck truck with a trailer manually and in person, the company menu drops the trailer and leaves it behind.
    • Companies are welcome, feel free to found one. Corporations are different: unlike a company, which travels with your character across any server, a corporation is tied to this server and permanent. Founding one is disabled by default and only opened up for approved projects. To apply, present your concept to the admin/management team: it must serve a community purpose or bring clear added value to the community.

    No Cheats & Exploits

    • 41s runs as a dedicated, unmodded beta server. Purely visual and sound mods are fine. No performance tuning, no gameplay mods.
    • If you find a bug, don't exploit it. Report it to an admin.
    • No faking staff or system messages, and no impersonating admins.

    Bans & Appeals

    • Don't bring up a ban or kick in general chat. All appeals go through the ticket system Discord: #submit-a-ticket, where staff will review your case.
